By purchasing, accessing, or using any products (“Products”) offered by Mil-Spec, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Service (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use or purchase any Mil-Spec Products.

1. Definitions

“Mil-Spec” — the seller, trademark holder, and creator of all Products listed under the Mil-Spec brand.

“Buyer” / “User” / “Customer” — any individual or entity that purchases or accesses Products from Mil-Spec.

“Product(s)” — all digital goods offered by Mil-Spec, including scripts, systems, tools, models, assets, or related files.

“License” — a limited right to use a Product under this Agreement; does not convey ownership.

“Whitelist” — any access system used by Mil-Spec to authorize valid Buyers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Using or purchasing any Product from Mil-Spec constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement. Mil-Spec may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes are published shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. License Agreement (Personal Use Only)

All Products are provided strictly under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable Personal Use License.

Buyers may:

Use the Products only within their own personal Roblox projects.

Buyers may not:

Share, resell, sublicense, leak, upload publicly, re-distribute, or otherwise make Products available to third parties.

Transfer Licenses between accounts without express written permission from Mil-Spec.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or expose internal logic, scripts, or code.

Include any Product in another paid item or commercial project for resale or distribution.

Mil-Spec retains full intellectual property ownership over all Products at all times.

4. Usage Restrictions

Violation of any restriction will result in immediate termination of License, revocation of whitelist access, and permanent blacklist with no refund. Restricted actions include, but are not limited to:

Leaking, sharing, or publishing any digital asset.

Uploading to public libraries or groups.

Recording or displaying source code publicly.

Circumventing licensing, DRM, obfuscation, or validation checks.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices may change without notice. Mil-Spec is not responsible for currency conversion, third-party processor fees, or regional taxes. You are responsible for ensuring accurate payment information.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

By purchasing a Product, you acknowledge and agree that digital goods are non-returnable and you forfeit any right to refund, exchange, or credit once access is granted.

7. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Any attempted chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal will result in:

Immediate termination of License

Permanent blacklist

Submission of all purchase data to the processor as evidence of fraud

All disputes must be handled through the arbitration method outlined in Section 11.

8. Right to Revoke Access

Mil-Spec reserves the unconditional right to revoke, suspend, or terminate any License or whitelist access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

9. Updates & Verification

Mil-Spec may release updates, bug fixes, security patches, or functionality changes at any time. Mil-Spec may require Buyers to re-verify ownership (e.g. Roblox or Discord identity) or agree to revised Terms to retain ongoing access.

10. Limitation of Liability

All Products are provided “AS-IS” without any warranties. Mil-Spec shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, project failure, Roblox account bans, or data loss.

11. Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Mil-Spec harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from Buyer’s misuse, illegal distribution, or violation of this Agreement.

12. International Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively via binding confidential online arbitration, using a neutral third-party service chosen by Mil-Spec.

Buyer expressly waives the right to public litigation or class-action lawsuits.

13. Changes to this Agreement

Mil-Spec reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of Products after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
